We are Gofre and Diana, and we're proud to produce artisanal, non-alcoholic Mexican craft
beer that pays tribute to the rich culture, timeless traditions and vibrant people of Mexico.

Our brewery’s name is inspired by La Catrina, the immortal icon of Día de los Muertos,
or as you might know it, the Day of the Dead. This beautiful Mexican tradition is an annual
celebration where families gather to remember their loved ones who have passed on, the
only way Latinos know how – with a fiesta!
While the holiday originated in Mexico, it is now celebrated all over Latin America and even
the United States, ensuring that the spirit of our loved ones lives on through the stories we pass
down and the new memories we create together.
